October Overview for Libra
Your own New Moon lands on October 10, which should feel like a fresh notebook. Except Venus, your ruling planet, has been retrograde since October 4, so it's more like a fresh notebook with someone else's handwriting still faintly visible on the first page. You're not starting clean. You're revising. That's fine, actually. Some old flame, old job offer, or old version of a friendship wants a second look before this cycle can really open.
Mid-month gets crowded. Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are all retrograde at once, plus Pluto until the 17th, so the whole sky feels like it's double-checking its work. Nothing collapses. Things just slow down, the way a long line at the post office slows down, not dangerous, just annoying.
Then the Sun shifts into Scorpio on October 23 and Venus comes home to Libra on the 25th. That's your actual reset. Don't rush the first half to get there.

Libra Love Horoscope for October 2026
Venus retrograde through your sign until the 31st means old relationship questions resurface, maybe literally, like an ex texting out of nowhere or you finding a photo you forgot existed. Don't make big decisions yet. The New Moon on October 10 is good for naming what you actually want, quietly, maybe just to yourself over coffee that's gone cold. Clarity comes before action this month, not instead of it.
Libra Career Horoscope for October 2026
Mercury turns retrograde October 25, right as a bunch of other planets are still sorting themselves out, so lock in contracts and send the important email before the 25th if you can. Early October favors negotiation, you're diplomatic by nature and Venus retrograde makes you unusually good at reading what people actually mean under what they say. Use that. Just don't sign anything you haven't reread twice.
Libra Health Horoscope for October 2026
With Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune all retrograde, your energy might feel foggy without an obvious cause, like trying to read a menu in dim light. Don't push through it. Build in actual recovery time, not just fewer plans but earlier nights, maybe an actual bedtime instead of a bedtime-ish suggestion. The Full Moon in Taurus on October 26 is a good night to eat something simple and go to sleep early.
